In addition, we have developed strategic relationships with subcontractors and when needed, can offer complete site development packages.

Our Foundation
Mr. Excavator was founded by Bill Flesher as a means to raise his young family. Bill’s handshake was his contract. His philosophy was simple: work hard, work smart and treat your customers and employees with respect and honesty. Today, second and third generation family members continue with this philosophy.
